Lorena Fernández-Fernández is an architect, interior designer, and photographer with nearly three decades of creative practice. Her work is vibrant, colorful, people-centered, with an architectural eye and a strong modernist influence.

ByLorena was founded in the US as a multidisciplinary creative practice. It is based in Northern California and Spain, with a focus on brand and lifestyle photography, creative and visual art direction. Architecture has shaped Lorena’s approach , while photography brought her closer to people, their stories, their lives, and the spaces they inhabit.

Each project is unfolded through a process guided by a holistic approach, a deep appreciation for thoughtful design, authenticity, human connection, bringing purpose and meaning to every premise.

Motherhood adds another dimension, a pause, a maturity in her work, especially in photography. Her son marks a before and after. To know Lorena’s work without knowing Lino is not to fully know her work.

She calls more than one place home. Venezuela, Spain, and the United States are part of who she is.
